Your address and GPS (optional for you to collect) are used only to process your fitness results. The fitness data generated can be seen or spread to others, users or otherwise. The fitness data consists of distance, heatmap, pace and other performance information. For fitness proposes we also collect accelerometer, to guarantee a higher accuracy in the fitness results.
In order to guarantee a good user experience we collect iteractions with the app, for example the screens you are visiting.
Eventually you can see advertisers, although this is not often while using the app.
You can request the deletion of your data at any time, just contact us at contato@wearejoga.com and your order will be carried out promptly.
We are thankfull for any public remarks regarding Joga. Beign an optional interaction, we reserve the rights to copy, redistibute, create derivative works, exhibit and publicly execute any material related to those remarks, which will become property of Joga when made public.
The data, software, products, services and content avaliable in our website, smartphone app and smartwatch app are provided as presented and have no warranty. Joga does not guarantee and is not responsible for activities related to the apps
In caso of noncompliance of any clauses here presented, Joga reserves the right to cancel your account or the use of any of our products without any notice.
